The County “B” Track & Field Championships took place on Monday 28th June in Templemore Track. There was a good turnout from clubs on the night with the highlight being the Relays where all the athletes got to swap club jerseys & compete for another club just for that event. Thanks to our County Track & Field Secretary, Emby Walsh (& all her helpers) who does a great job organising all the County Track & Field Championships & to all the Clubs who provided officials. Out of the 48 titles up for grabs, Carrick-On-Suir A.C. were top winners with 9 titles followed by Slieveardagh & Templemore with 6 each & Clonmel with 5. Both Dundrum & Newport won 4 each, Moycarkey Coolcroo & St. Flannans won 3 each, Tipperary Town, Roscrea & Nenagh won 2 each & Moyne & Rosegreen won 1 apiece.
